1. How do you order product from us? a. Click on the 'Add to Cart' button and fill in the windows with answers to the questions. b. Call us at 805-786-4181 and we can take your information via phone. c. Click on the contact tab and email us your ship to, bill to, item number, quantity, imprint color, and the required in-hand date. Please attach your artwork file to be used.
2. What format do we prefer your artwork to be in? a. The most prefered graphic program is Adobe Illustrator with the file saved as an .ai or .eps extension and to have all fonts and art converted to outlines. This is called vectorized art. Other graphic programs may be acceptable. It depends on the item. Call or email us if in doubt. b. We will except files as .pdf, .gif, .tiff, .jpg. and our on-staff graphic people will convert your art into the proper format for a flat fee of $32.00 if needed.
3. How will you know that your order has been processed? a. You will receive an acknowledgment via email or fax.
4. How do we accept payment? a. We accept Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. b. Invoicing with terms is when in receipt of an approved credit application.
5. What is the production time and ship time? a. Production time varies per item. It is usually listed on the item description page. Time is started from the day after the artwork is approved. Typically, most items are 10 working days. b. Ship time is based on your location and the location of the factory doing the shipping. Our factories are nationwide and it depends on the item you order from us. Time is also based on your requested ship method.
6. How do we handle request for embroidery items? a. We accept your embroidery file saved as a .dst format that only an embroidery machine can read. (tagima format) b. We have an embroidery digitizer that can create and set-up an embroidery tape for a discounted fee.
7. What are Over/Underruns? a. Due to nature of custom printing, we reserve the right to ship 5% over or under the amount ordered and bill accordingly. Every effort will be made to print the exact quantities ordered. Guaranteed exact quantity purchases are charged a minimal amount based on the item ordered.
8. How do we handle sample requests? a. Samples are processed the same way an order is processed. They are subject to the per piece price plus applicable sales tax and shipping costs.
